Sanjukta Dutta Brings Assamese Elegance to Cannes 2024

Nagaon, Assam's fashion luminary, Sanjukta Dutta, renowned for her distinctive Mekhela Chador garments, is poised to enchant audiences at the 77th Cannes Film Festival. On May 25, Dutta will grace the red carpet in her exquisite designs, accompanied by supermodels Mirka Oktavia Hendro and Valeriya Hjertenaes, who will also showcase her creations.

Expressing her enthusiasm for Cannes 2024, Dutta remarked, "The thrill of this year's Cannes theme is indescribable. It's a privilege to display my collection at such a prestigious event.
