Poltrona Frau has unveiled the DressCove Night System, an evolved interpretation of the wardrobe and walk-in closet that can be now imagined as an intimate, tailor-made living space. The collection is designed by architect Dante Bonuccelli which shows impeccable Italian craftsmanship and the tactile beauty of Pelle Frau® leather.

Every detail, from modular composition to material selection, has been shaped to deliver a deeply personal experience that combines lightness, warmth, and quiet luxury.

Bonuccelli’s design introduces a new upright structure that replaces traditional side panels with visually lighter yet equally stable supports. Within these uprights, concealed lighting softly traces the interiors, creating a serene glow that enhances the wardrobe’s architecture. Here, the lightweight aluminium interacts with wood and leather, generating a dialogue between technical performance and sensory pleasure.

DressCove Night System seamlessly integrates wardrobes and walk-in closets, offering open or closed configurations with transparent, opaque, or upholstered panels. Whether you choose it with sliding or hinged doors, each configuration maintains a streamlined sense of proportion and spaciousness. Shelves with bevelled edges and curved corners come in multiple woods or laminate finishes — trimmed or fully wrapped in Pelle Frau® leather.

Lighting, too, has been carefully considered: vertical illumination for fitted wardrobes, horizontal strips beneath shelves for open configurations. Leather, ever the signature of Poltrona Frau, extends across every component — from handles and uprights to accessories — its tactile richness elevating every gesture of use.

Available in 18 Pelle Frau® ColorSphere Impact Less hues and four woods (Golden Walnut, Dark Oak, Brown Oak, Pickled Oak), the system allows complete personalisation, even with bespoke colour matching across the brand’s wider leather palette.

The DressCove Night System also features an array of moveable accessories — chests of drawers, trouser and shoe racks, boxes, watch and tie compartments — all adaptable to user preference. To complement these, Poltrona Frau introduces two refined storage concepts: Cherish and Alcove.

Cherish marries natural raffia with cognac or natural-toned leather details, featuring stitched handles and embossed logos. Alcove, in contrast, presents a graphic play of smoky-quartz and cognac leather surfaces, finished with a discreet magnetic lid.
