India's largest network of taprooms, Bira 91 Taproom, has released a new food and drink menu for modern Indian diners. The revamp adds a lot of international cuisines, seasonal ingredients, and inventive drinks, all of which are in keeping with the brand's goal of making visits better.

The new food choices are based on foods from many different civilizations throughout the world. Guests can now choose from a variety of dishes inspired by street food from Jakarta, Spanish tapas eateries, Turkish grills, Himalayan spices, and plant-based options. Mie Goreng (Indonesian Fried Rice), Grilled Fish Romesco, Prawn a la Plancha, Turkish Shish Taouk, Chicken Sandheko, Pulled Jackfruit Quesadilla, Jackfruit Curry, and Chicken Piccata are some of the best things on the menu.

There are new specialty drinks on the cocktail menu, like the Palomagram, Mango Tai, Botanical Mist, and Taproom Picante. They all have a different taste, such citrus, tropical, herbal, or spicy.

People are continuing coming to the LIIT Fest at Bira 91 Taproom. There are five main kinds of Long Island Iced Tea. There are also the Classic LIIT, the Botanical Buzz LIIT, and the Electric Brew LIIT, which has a syrup created from lager beer that is brewed on the premises.

"We're always pushing the limits to make the guest experience better at Bira 91 Taproom," said Rahul Singh, SVP of Pubs Vertical at Bira 91. "This menu is a celebration of flavors from around the world and fun creativity. It has everything from Turkish kebabs to signature drinks and the high-energy LIIT Fest." "It's not just a refresh; it's a whole new vibe.

With this menu update and subsequent themed events like the LIIT Fest, the chain enhances its position as a destination for craft beer culture and cuisine exploration in India's growing taproom sector.
