Hilton Bangalore opens DYN, a restaurant that serves food from all over the world and Indian crafts

DYN is the newest place to eat all day in Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks.  It has both Indian and international food.    The restaurant is in the heart of Bengaluru's IT and lifestyle scene and focuses on modern presentation, technique, and ingredients.

DYN doesn't set up its cooking stations by area; it sets them up by style.   We did this with the help of Studio Gourmet, F&B Advisory & Consultancy Services.  The restaurant has a lot of different meals, such as steamed morning idlis, grilled Middle Eastern veggies, and Kerala fish curry.   They underline how important it is to keep the quality of the components and the work that goes into making them.

"DYN is our tribute to craftsmanship in all its forms: culinary, spatial, and sensory," remarked Abhiram Menon, the General Manager of Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks.    "It's based on tradition, but it's made for today's picky, curious diners who want to try new things."

The drink menu goes well with the food menu, which is largely Indian.   They make their own beers, Indian spirits, and cocktails utilizing herbs and plants that grow in the area.    A chosen tap bar makes the experience better.    DYN also has a creative idea with open kitchens, interactive counters, and seating that can be moved around for working lunches, supper dates, and weekend brunches.    There are two private dining rooms that can be used for business meetings and other events.
