Think golden Matar Kachoris, crisp Bread Pakoras, and Masala Poori with Aloo Sabzi—each dish pulling you back to bustling kitchens, street-corner stalls, and cosy Sunday brunches that ended with laughter and second helpings.

Aloo Makai Tikki hits all the right warm notes, while Qeema Egg adds a rustic depth you don’t often find in seasonal menus. The show-stealer? The iconic Amritsari Fish Fry—flaky, flavourful, and seasoned just right. And when it’s time to wrap it all up, the syrupy Malpua brings that touch of sweet indulgence every monsoon feast deserves.

“In many ways, this menu is a reminder of who we are and where we come from,” says Chef Naresh Kotwal, Head Chef at Ikk Panjab. “It’s a celebration of the rainy-day rituals we’ve all loved—hot snacks, steaming chai, and food that comforts you from the inside out.”
