North India’s largest microbrewery, BeeYoung Brewgarden, just turned one — and instead of a flashy celebration, they’ve done something smarter: they’ve listened. Their brand-new anniversary menu is entirely shaped by guest feedback, and it shows. The dishes reflect what people actually crave — familiar comfort with a twist, and food that matches the vibe of a good pint.

Located in Panchshila Park, the space itself feels like a slice of Europe tucked into South Delhi. But the food? It's gloriously rooted in Indian street-style flavours — the kind of stuff that makes sense with beer, banter, and a loud table of friends. You’ll find Hot and Sour Soup and Manchow on the menu now, but also snacky plates like Loaded Papad, Crispy Corn Chaat, and Peanut Chaat — all best shared, or not. They’ve added those universally loved bites that just work, whether you’re here to chill or go all in on the weekend mood.

For starters, the Crispy Chilli Chicken and Paneer hit the nostalgic notes just right. Then there's Stuffed Garlic Bread and a playful bruschetta trio, making it easy to graze while the pints keep flowing. Cheese lovers will be all over the beer-battered Mozzarella Sticks, while the new Indian-style sliders — think Vada Pao with a twist or a Butter Chicken bun — are easy crowd-pleasers.

The classics are here too: Seekh Kebabs, Paneer Tikka, and all the hearty tandoori favourites that never disappoint. For bigger appetites or sharing with the gang, there are generous platters and solid North Indian mains like Dal Makhani, Butter Chicken, and a comforting Paneer Butter Masala. Add a basket of fresh kulchas and you're sorted.

But BeeYoung doesn’t stop at Indian food. The anniversary spread includes a wide variety of momos (because, Delhi), creamy pastas for the Italian comfort food fix, and DIY Asian bowls that you can build your way.

It’s a menu that feels familiar, but it’s been fine-tuned to pair with BeeYoung’s craft beers — and that’s the magic of it. No fluff, no overcomplication, just good food and better beer. The kind of place where you can start at lunch and find yourself still there at dinner without a single complaint.

With its arcade games, bocce ball, and the buzzy vibe that always feels alive, BeeYoung Brewgarden is still very much a party — just with a more thoughtful playlist and food that makes you want to stay. One year in, they’ve proven that listening to your guests isn’t just good hospitality, it’s good business.
