Cherrapunji Eastern Craft Gin has released Mountain Berry Gin with Cherry Blossom, its newest expression shaped by the ecology and seasonal character of Meghalaya’s highlands. Distilled using rainwater and built on an unsweetened, uncoloured base, the gin draws from the high-altitude landscapes of Cherrapunji and Mawsynram, regions known among the wettest on earth.

At the centre of the profile are cherry blossom petals and the Khasi Sohiong berry, a native mountain fruit with a naturally sweet-tart character. Together, they lend the gin its subtle pink hue, derived entirely from botanical pigments rather than colouring agents.
