Bangalore welcomes a new chapter in luxury fashion retail with the launch of Nuvrah, a 30,000-square-foot multi-designer destination conceived as an immersive, experience-led space. Designed as a departure from conventional warehouse-style luxury stores, Nuvrah brings together couture, bridal, occasion, and contemporary fashion within an environment that encourages discovery, pause, and engagement.
Founded by Pawan Mehta and designed by architects Nisarg Shah and Inder Chand Jain of Nikaya Design Studio, Nuvrah is structured around the idea of a Journey of Discovery. Rather than a single expansive retail floor, the space unfolds through a sequence of intimate, carefully scaled rooms, allowing each designer’s work to be encountered gradually and on its own terms.

Positioned as a significant addition to the city’s fashion landscape, Nuvrah becomes the exclusive Bangalore home of Manish Malhotra, alongside a curated roster of leading Indian designers including Gaurav Gupta, Anamika Khanna, Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, JJ Valaya, Monisha Jaising, Abhinav Mishra, Anushree Reddy, Dolly J, Payal Jain, and Outhouse Jewellery, among over 80 designers. In total, the destination houses more than 2,000 curated styles across bridal, couture, occasion, contemporary, and men’s wear.
Architecturally, the interiors balance openness with intimacy. Directional flooring, layered partitions, feature columns, and textured glass subtly guide movement between designers and categories. Lower ceiling heights within display zones create a sense of closeness and focus, while a dramatic double-height volume anchors the space, envisioned as a venue for trunk shows, previews, and cultural gatherings. Handcrafted finishes, natural stone, and textile wall treatments reinforce an atmosphere of understated luxury throughout.

Central to the Nuvrah experience is its Atelier-led service model. Private customization suites, supported by in-house stylists, encourage bespoke co-creation rather than transactional shopping. The experience is complemented by the Nuvrah Café, designed as a social pause point offering curated food and beverages, allowing visitors to linger and engage with the space beyond retail.
Reflecting on the vision behind the launch, founder Pawan Mehta shares, “Indian fashion has always been about detail, time, and emotion. Nuvrah reflects that sensibility. It’s a space designed for pause—for discovering designers, co-creating pieces, and experiencing luxury in a way that feels considered and deeply personal.”
As luxury retail continues to evolve toward experience, curation, and authenticity, Nuvrah positions itself as more than a shopping address. It enters Bangalore’s cultural fabric as a thoughtfully designed fashion destination—bringing Indian design, contemporary lifestyle, and architectural sensitivity together under one roof.
